Kaiden & Ben went to McDonalds last night for some alone time. Kaiden calls it Old McDonalds - too cute! Ben asked him what he likes most about having a baby brother & he said he likes to help with bottles, holding him, & watching diapers being changed. Ben also asked him what he likes least about having a baby brother & he said the way formula smells, stinky diapers & how tired baby makes Mommy & Daddy. Ben told him that those are all things that Mommy & Daddy like the least too! : )
Today Ben went back to work, and I know he had lots to do to try to catch up from being off for a week. I had a good day. Ben's company sent us some beautiful flowers. How thoughtful! Two of my best friends came over to care for me. Robyn did a great job of keeping me off my feet. She waited on me & helped with both boys. I even took an hour & a half nap. I enjoyed Megan & Robyn's company. Our church family has been bringing us dinners which is super helpful, too! I told you I am very blessed!
I am feeling better & Kase continues to be a joy. I still have some headaches but they are less severe than they were and my feet are less swollen. I'm going to try to get some more pics to post soon but it is hard to get good ones of Kase because he doesn't like the camera flash & my camera doesn't take good pics without it.
Here is one of my two little monkeys. Kase is a fan of his bouncy seat. Big bro loves him so much.
