Scentsy Stampede 2011!

I was looking forward to attending my first Scentsy convention & Scentsy Stampede 2011 in Ft. Worth did not disappoint... except for the temperature! WOW!
The FT. Worth skyline
The first night we got on shuttles and rode to the Stockyards. Kase loved the bus!
Kaiden was all smiles despite the incredible heat!
Scentsy took over the convention center & the entire downtown!
My registration packet!
Registration was a breeze even though there were over 10,000 of us!
Shopping at the Scentsy Success store was fun!
The boys posed with some real Texas legends.
We got to see a cattle drive too.
Kase's face starts to tell the tale of the rest of the night. HOT & MISERABLE! : )
Ben & Brian (long-time buds) got to hang out while Spring & I attended Convention.
Spring was a trooper. She was 8 months pregnant!
Kase wanted to ride a horse so bad! Thankfully he got to and he named his orange horse Maximus!
Despite the heat, we enjoyed the environment of the Stockyards.
We got to hear Clint Black & Gloriana perform too.
Ben & the boys spotted my name on a banner for the Annual Sales Excellence award and showed it to me.
Very cool!
Close-up!

Candice & Spring were my two team members that attended. It was fun to share the info & excitement with my friends.
Heidi & Orville did an amazing job running convention.
They gave us amazing Scentsy product give-aways!
The boys were excited to see the new products!
I got the boys new Scentsy wear. SO cute!
The convention warmer was sooooo amazing. The boot is a warmer! Love it!
Kase shows off the new plug-in Santa Fe!
Kaiden gives the new scent Hendrix a try.
Kase seems to really like this one!
All the executives participated in skits & were so funny. The had an expert roper put on a show for us. He was very talented.
They even provided entertainment throughout the whole thing. This group is called Texas Trash & they were really fun. We also got to hear Anita Renfroe & she was hilarious!!!
Kase's 3rd birthday was on the Friday of convention & we celebrated with the Benoits at Chuy's. He had fallen asleep on the way there so he was a bit groggy but he perked up when the push pop arrived. He even tried to show that he was three with his fingers... that's still a little tricky.
The awards ceremony was great too. They give so much recognition to the consultants and I even got a moment in the spotlight on stage when I was recognized for the Annual Sales Excellence award. I was thinking,"Please don't fall!" It was my first time to wear heels since I had injured my calf. I didn't fall! Whew!
They revealed all the new amazing products and the Incentive Trip destination. I can't wait to go!

The night ended with the execs changing from their cowboy duds to their Vegas costumes to announce that next year's convention will be in Las Vegas.
There was a star made of cowboy hats located in the convention center... Texas size of course!

Here are some of our new warmers (warmers may appear larger than actual size).
I was honored to be invited to an awards reception after the ceremony. It was beautifully decorated and so nice!
The best part of the whole convention was meeting some new amazing consultants and making super special memories! I was even privileged to spend quality time with several of the VP's at the end of the reception. Two of my new friends & I got to visit with our super kind CFO until 3am!!! Wow! WHat a night. I was the last one out of the convention center and even got a police escort out for safety!
If I look tired it's because I was! This picture was snapped a little after 3am on the last night of convention. : ) I feel so blessed to have found Scentsy!
The next morning we let Kase open his presents in the hotel room.
I think he was excited!
Star Wars, baby!
Our two little monkeys!
