We are in the home stretch of waiting for the new house. We are scheduled to close on August 5th, Kase's 1st birthday! They got our irrigation system in & our grass, and landscaping all done as well. The grass was green for a few days... It's just so super hot. It is already looking brown because of the 100+ temp's even though they are watering twice a day.

The beginning of our stone fireplace... there will be a solid stone mantle ledge & then the stone will continue up to the ceiling. Our wood floors are also in. They are covered up with cardboard for now...
