We'll things have been BUSY around here! We have decided to put our house on the market in hopes that we can build a bigger home not too far away. We fell in love with a Drees floor plan that will be perfect for us. We got the neat lot we wanted & are ready to proceed with design stuff so we have been working incredibly hard to get the house ready to sell. After many very late nights & full days, we have it pretty well ready. The "For Sell" sign went up yesterday which is so exciting & scary all at the same time. The unknown & the showing & trying to live in the house & keep it neat... oh boy! And of course, with half of the house in storage the house seems pretty good right now except for it feeling a bit boring. : ) The market is so unpredictable which makes this experience challenging since we only have a 3 month contingency. Hopefully, since the condition of our house is good & since spring is the best time of year to sell, we will get someone interested quickly. Fingers crossed!

Good luck! My neighbor got an offer Monday that they accepted. My friend from Ohio also accepted an offer this weekend on the house they left behind! SO, it has to be a trend! I hope it all works out well! Have fun in the building process!!
